(Fert Managing Director)
After an engineering degree in agronomy, Anne Panel underwent a professional course as a research expert in agricultural professional management (in Union régionale porcine Rhône Alpes) as well as in an engineering consultants firm (Cédrat Développement) in France first.
Then she moved to Madagascar from 2001 to 2002 as a Project Manager involved in agricultural development, as an International Solidarity Volunteer for Fert, a French international cooperation organization, founded in 1981 by agricultural professional organization leaders and other people concerned with food industry issues experienced in developing countries.
In 2003, Anne integrated Fert Headquarters as a Project Manager involved in Sub-Saharan Africa/Indian Ocean areas before taking over the leadership in 2007. She is CHD/Coordination SUD/AgriCord (international network for agri-agencies) Director.
In 2013 she was appointed as Coordination SUD Administrator for Fert.
